
EU Shipping Information
We now ship to a selection of mainland EU countries! Everything you need to know is listed below.
That's right! From May 2025 we are now accepting orders from a selection of mainland EU countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain.
If you happen to live in one of these countries, then you can find all of the information regarding shipping service and price below. If you're based elsewhere in the EU, please bear with us and we'll do our best to get to you as soon as we can.
Here's what you need to know:
- All EUR prices are automatically converted from GBP by Shopify.
- All parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail, and delivery will be completed by your local postal service.
- Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
- For small parcel orders under 2kg, you'll be able to choose from two services: 'International Tracked' and 'International Tracked & Signed'. All medium parcels over 2kg will be shipped via 'International Tracked Heavier'.
- You will also have the choice of one of two compensation levels: Up to £50 and up to £250. We would strongly advise you to choose the accurate value for your order, as any losses in transit will only be covered up to the value of the compensation selected.
- A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. This will be emailed to you at the point of fulfilment. All of the available information for your shipment will be visible using this tracking number, and we will not have any further visibility ourselves.
- If, for any reason, there are additional costs based on your location at the point of processing your order for dispatch, we will contact you.
- Your shipment will be subject to customs and duty charges when it arrives in your country. Please look into this before you place your order. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. If you refuse your parcel, we will deduct any customs and duty charges that we have to cover on your behalf from any potential refund.
- Royal Mail estimate that all international tracked services will take 3-5 business days to arrive, however, this is not a guarantee. Please ensure you track your package regularly whilst it is in transit.
