How Are You Able To Source These Beers?

Our supply chain has been established through several years of hard work and relationship building. We purchase directly from buyers in the States who obtain the beers and send them to us via express courier, so the beers are in our fridge 3 days after they've been purchased direct from the breweries.

What's The Deal With Canning/Bottling Dates?

The breweries send all of the fruits of their labour out of the door with canning/bottling dates so you know how fresh they are. We typically get beers within 1-3 weeks of canning, and we include the canning dates in our product descriptions (written in American date format - MM/DD/YY) so that you have all the necessary information when purchasing.

We don't offer pre-orders, so you'll always know that the canning dates we advertise are accurate*.

Every now and then we'll have beers that stick around in the fridge for a while, or we'll receive beers that are a little bit older than we'd like to begin with as they were the freshest available to purchase at the time. In these cases we're still beholden by cost when it comes to pricing, but we'll always apply discounts where we can when cans have been in the fridge for a bit and are no longer as new as they once were.

None of the beers we sell have best before, or sell by, dates and so it's up to you where you draw the line when it comes to freshness.

*There are some breweries who don't stamp their cans, NPBC for example, so if you don't see a canning date in the description, you'll know it didn't come with one.

I've Noticed Your Prices Change Regularly - Why Is This?

Our prices fluctuate due to the ever-changing nature of the exchange rate and varying cost of importation charges (shipping, customs, etc.).

We'll always try to keep our prices the same, but when we make a saving we pass it on to you! However, all prices are relative to cost and subject to change and this does mean that prices can go up from drop to drop, as well as down.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We ship all orders received before 3pm on the same day (Tuesday - Thursday*) via a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Orders received after this cut-off are processed for shipment the following working day.

On the day that your order is processed for dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number and Royal Mail will collect your parcel from us the following working day.

*We don't dispatch orders on Fridays as Royal Mail won't always deliver on Saturdays, and we don't want your delicious cold-chained beers sitting in a Royal Mail sorting office over the weekend.

How Much Will I Pay For Shipping?

Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping rates are calculated by weight, and these are as follows:

  • Orders up to 2kg - £4.25.
  • Orders up to 10kg - £7.69.

Want your shipping for free? Place an order worth £80 or more and delivery is on us!

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes, you can! If you're local to our premises in Westcliff-on-Sea then you're more than welcome to collect it from us free of charge.

If you select free collection at checkout, we'll hold your beers, keep them refrigerated, and email you when they're ready to collect. Collections are generally ready within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I Return My Order?

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we are only able to accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The beers are unopened and in the original condition in which they were received
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request the return

Please be aware that we are unable to cover the costs of any return unless there is just cause for us to do so.

What Should I Do If My Order Has Not Arrived?

In the unlikely event that your package hasn't reached you within the advertised timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@bucketlistbeers.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.

What Should I Do If I Have Received The Wrong Item?

We like to think that it's very unlikely that this would occur, however, we know that mistakes are a part of life. In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item, please don't hesitate to get in touch at info@bucketlistbeers.co.uk and we'll be happy to rectify the situation for you.

I Keep Missing Out On The Beers I Want - Can I Pre-Order Them?

We know that demand is high for certain beers, and unfortunately that does mean that from time to time we won't be able to supply everybody who wants them. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a pre-order option so that we can always guarantee that the canning dates we advertise are accurate. We advise you to subscribe to our mailing list, and keep an eye on our socials, to avoid missing out.
