Our collaboration West Coast Hoppy Ale with the Troon Brewing. We stuck with a simple base of German Pilsner malt and hit it hard with Columbus Cryo in the kettle, Nelson & Strata in the whirlpool, then Nectaron, Strata, and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. ABV 5.8%
