Our friends at @crosbyhops overnighted us some fresh picked Strata hops. We immediately took them on arrival and used liquid nitrogen to freeze them before crushing them to get maximum flavour and aroma levels. We then dry hopped the beer immediately resulting in our first Fresh Hop beer of the season.
