Riffle is a new West Coast-Style IPA made with Columbus and Simcoe Cryo hops along with Riwaka and Strata. As we prepare to head west for hop harvest this month, we can’t help but think of our most recent travels in that direction and the evolution, or perhaps branching, of the style that we’ve observed in recent years. A leaner, cleaner interpretation of the style with a saturated hop character is something we’ve come to love and think we’ve done justice with Riffle. ABV 6.5%
