Roam is our single/rotating-hop Pale Ale that features a unique varietal in every batch. Coming from the legendary growers Segal Hop Ranch in the Yakima Valley, Zumo is a hop we think has incredible potential, thanks in part to its versatility. There’s an unmistakable top note of lime zest but beneath there’s depth and balance. It’s got classic PNW qualities (pine/citrus), creaminess and spice - it’s a fun Roam for sure and we can imagine a wide range of uses for this promising hop. ABV 5.7%
