Each batch contains the same combination of hand-selected, American-grown hops, enabling differences in the malt to shine. This particular iteration of our American IPA utilizes malt exclusively from Mecca Grade Estate Malt, a family farm malthouse in Madras, Oregon. The singular terroir of the malthouse’s geography lends a complex, crisp character to its carefully cultivated offerings; a perfect component in the art of craft brewing. Like hops, malted barley conveys significant characteristics unique to each region and processing philosophy. ABV 6.5%
