Faith In A Positive Outcome utilises the base of Silver Fern to introduce a new hop variety we are excited to try out called Elani. Elani is a lovely and expressive hop that puts out notes of citrus and stone fruit with hints of guava, white peach, and orange zest throughout the tasting experience. A creamy body and decadent head allow you to drink with your eyes before enjoying the juiciness of this little riff.
