This West Coast Double IPA Hyperion brings waves of blueberry, strawberry, lemon zest, and woody pine resin.
Hyperion is a hophead’s dream, utilising a blend from some of our favourite growers from the Pacific Northwest. Poured vigorously, peaks of sticky foam erupt above the rim and leave white switchbacks of lacing cascading down the glass. Strata and Mosaic hops bring waves of blueberry, strawberry, and dank earthy notes across the palate. We then add a charge of McKenzie hops, which pop with aromas of bitter grapefruit, lemon zest, and woody pine resin.
