Jewel of the Sea is an American Double IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. For this beer, we utilized a legendary English base malt called Pearl. Pearl is a traditional English variety known for its slightly bready and sweet flavour. Pouring a glowing orange colour into your glass, Jewel of the Sea carries notes of orange marmalade, honey, pineapple, and apricot over a base of toasty sweet malt flavour. Jewel of the Sea is one example of our persistent endeavour to elevate our beer through continued trials and experimentation with new-to-us ingredients. ABV 7.6%
