Rather than simply doubling aspects of Julius’s recipe, every corner of the beer was adjusted with intention and purpose to elevate the tasting experience. Crafted with precision and refined over countless batches since 2015, undertaking a new variant of our flagship is a serious endeavour. Big ideas begin with small adjustments, purposeful hop blending, and attention from grain to glass. In addition to the classic Jjjuliusss recipe, we thoughtfully added Cashmere hops, hand-selected by our team at the legendary Segal Ranch. ABV 6.8%
