Milky Haze is a rendition of our flagship Double IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Haze—well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original. Pouring a milky yellow colour into your glass, it leads with juicy stone fruit, citrus, and mango notes and finishes with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. Whoa. ABV 8.4%
