It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Jjjuliusss—well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original. ABV 6.8%
