Milky Sap is a rendition of our iconic IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Sap—well, just about everything. We utilise a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original.
