Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Moment of Truth Coffee. This variation was brewed with literal buckets of maple syrup and then conditioned on some of our favourite roasts. Moment of Truth Coffee is reminiscent of after-dinner coffee sugared with dark maple syrup–perfect to fuel conversation deep into the night.
