Vanilla Bean Truth was aged for 22-months in select wheated bourbon barrels, this beer is then conditioned atop heaps of Grade A, purposefully-selected vanilla beans. Though simple in construct, it is immensely complex in the glass. It pours motor oil black and puts forth notes & aromas of chocolate chip cookies, vanilla ice cream, tootsie rolls, & flourless chocolate cake.
